Wasssup Korea 2014 - Seoul 끝! ♥
Finally I'm ending my KR trip!!!! No more dragging all the late/overdue posts! ;p After being out of Seoul for 3 days, we are finally back in Seoul during the weekend Self-note, never to return to Seoul on weekend, it's so difficult to get tickets because everyone is going back and the tickets sold out really fast!!! Zhen and I planning to get like early noon tickets so we can be back by evening, but the tickets sold out already by then!!! So we got no choice but to take the later bus -___-   The first thing we do early in the noon when we are back to Seoul :  Kim Woo Bin's surface event @ Hongdae! Zhen, being a kimwoobin fan, and we only got hold of the news like the previous day, and we decided to go over and catch a glimpse of him LOL Honestly the crowd is okay and less scary as compared to SG fans, I think not a lot of them know about this event because I could hear people behind and ask who's inside the cafe, and when they saw Kim Woo Bin, they were like "Ah! Kim Woo Bin!" HAHA Not a fan of him but I saw him smiling and doing fan-signing tho! Free poster at the end of the event *v*   /Forever hanging around apgujeong area XD I remember it was raining super heavily, and we wanted to get umbrellas, then the rain stopped LOL So I told Zhen 'Ah ya, it's okay la, stopped raining already! Don't need buy umbrella' And who knows, the next moment it was raining like mad x____x       Yoogane @ Myeong Dong! I know we have outlets in SG but honestly, KR is better in terms of the serving + price I've never been to SG ones but I heard it's quite pricey ?   Krispy Kreme doughnuts in celebration of Brazil World Cup! KR have a lot of interesting and attractive offers, like for World Cup and similar events, they will have promotions like 1+1 so means if you buy 1 dozen of doughnuts, you get 1 dozen FREE! Very cool but it's good if you are buying for a group of people! Zhen and I wanted to get that but it's impossible to eat 24 doughnuts for 2 people LOL And we get to watch soccer match together with the rest of the koreans from midnight till dawn! We went Shinchon because it's walkable distance from our guesthouse! And yup, they have like big screens + big space for the people to gather and watch the match together! It's very similar to like SG ones, where Macs and coffee shops and bars will stream the live matches as well, but in KR, they have this big screen at Shin Chon and Gwanghwamun Square! The crowd at Gwanghwamun is really no joke LOL but Shin Chon one is fairly crowded too!    Yup, we literally bought cider and sat together with the rest, cursing when the KR team lost the match and cheering when KR shoots a goal! Another interesting / new experience for me! XD And I didn't expect they are so passionate in terms of sports / important competitions because I see people going to work and school once the match ends at 7AM ? Another interesting scene I saw was that all of them, I swear, it's really ALL of the commuters were glued to their phone screen for the soccer match, even security who were guarding the crowd also glued to his phone just to watch the live soccer match!!! So being the abnormal duo, Zhen and I was the only ones who didn't have our eyes glued to our mobile phones hahahaa XD             Made use of my last 2 days in KR to visit Cube Cafe and do some last minute shopping! Totally over-estimate my time that I nearly miss my flight -_- Oh wellz, but I still got the time to redeem my tax money so it's pretty alright I guess? LOL This biatch was in KR for nearly a month even tho I left earlier than her Pretty sad, solo flights to and fro HAHAHA  & I ended my KR trip with a good note! ^^; So people kept asking me like why am I going back again and again, when I have the chance to visit other countries........ there's simply no reason for me not to go back :) When you realise that is the only place you can be the real you, the only paradise that you absolutely love, it's just, everything! The people, things, scenery, even the sky ;) Will be back there again, that is of course! OKAY END!  .jpg) |
