Sundown Festival - 10 acts x 8 countries!
Wasn't really intended to go for this Sundown because I got assignment to do over the weekend but everyone is not free at that moment and I got no choice sobs. So glad that Syaza is free to go with me & I actually could join her and Xuanlin for BII fan sign @ bugis but I was on my way to NUS to collect tickets from Zhen, sigh my life T^T And now Xuanlin is flooding me with the videos and photos she took for BII and I am really regretting not going sobs. Anyway Shiting and one of their friend also went with us because one stranger gave us tickets while we are standing outside to finish up our drinks and food LOL We were just eating and talking and this man came up to us and asked if we want extra tickets, and it's CAT 1!! We told him no but he said it's okay, just call your friends now to ask them to come, don't waste the tickets! So nice right? LOL And just nice Shiting and one of their friend is nearby after BII fan sign, so we asked them to come and enjoy the concert with us ^^  It's a free standing thing and I'm so glad that the org actually gave us CAT 1 tickets!!! I didn't know CAT 1 is so near to the stage LOL. And not much people were there so we are actually taken aback when we reached the place and realised we are REALLY near to the stage LOL. Anyway it was a really rock and pop concert with so many artistes from different countries!!! Can't believe we enjoyed and rocked throughout 4 hours+ for the night! ^^    Bosco Wong from Hong Kong! I didn't know his songs are so rock LOL. One of the girl beside us managed to caught the towel he wiped his sweat on, and she asked if we wants it LOL But we gave it to one of the Bosco fan club member that was in front of us HAHA  Yoga Lin from Taiwan!! He's so funny and cute at the same time. And I think his shirt is too low so he said he have to pull up everytime he sings or if not we gonna look @ his chest LOL    AOA during the finale of the concert!! I was really randomly snapping cause I couldn't zoom in to each and everyone faces :( But manage to catch some good shots I guess~  D=OUT! Pronounce as Doubt! XD From Japan!! They are the last act for the night, and they are really good XD  Screw! From Japan as well! Another visual kei band!!!  & the finale before the concert ends! ^^ Good experience as again, haven't had the chance to go for previous Sundown concert but this time I did! ^^ And I think it's a really good event because it really unite all the Asia fans together to enjoy the concert and sing along and rock along with your favourite bands. I think the most obvious difference I can point out is that the fans are really nice, especially Jap fans who came to support Screw and D=OUT. They were the first few people who stand right behind the barricades but when the other artistes appeared, they would back off and let that particular artiste fans to stand in front. Especially the girls behind me are so nice when they let us to stand in front when AOA appeared! One of the fan boy even let us use his fan because it was really hot ;x Till today I find it amazing and it is really my first to see the fans do the head banging with Screw and D=OUT! They literally enjoyed the rock music and was doing head banging together with the band while they are strumming their guitars! And I swear, their beat is in sync with the band LOL I was so stunned that I asked Shiting, does the jap fans do that all the time at concert, and she said yes, they will do that. Really daebak~ Anyway photos are up on KAvenyou Facebook! I took 2 days just to process all the photos because half of the time I'm procrastinating and half of the time I'm really cropping and editing the photos sobs. I think I'm really unlucky that day because I couldn't go for BII fan sign and when I reached Sundown place, I realised I forgot to charge my DSLR LOL. Luckily Shiting came to rescue me when she met us and she's so nice to let me borrow her DSLR for the event!!! ^^; I should be looking forward to this week because I only have to go school for 2 days, instead of the usual 4 days But, I just can't feel happy or excited about it. Not sure why but, it's just so weird. BBYONG!  |
