FT Island 6th Anniversary Project ♥
Together with HappyIslandSubs / Hongkisbiased / FTIslandFacts ! I rarely do fan projects, and if I do, it means I got a lot of time on my hand or I really have the motivation to do it LOL And this time is because we ; HappyIslandSubs are collaborating with other international fan sites!! There's 3 parts for the project 1. Gift projects - mainly to buy gifts for the boys 2. Scrapbook - to do a message book consisting of the fans messages, all translated to hangul! 3. Donation - to donate to charity in the name of FT Island And the start of the discussion was when I'm still in Korea LOL So I kinda had a hard time in communicating with the rest of admins since my wifi wasnt that stable XD and we took a long time to decide on the gifts because our members arent that active in proposing what to give to the boys Also, our staffs kind of took a long time to reply and we couldnt get a conclusion in the end LOL So I was like heck it, Im just gonna discuss it with Kim and thats it! By the way, Kim is one of the admin from HappyIslandSubs, and I swear she help me a lot, in terms of managing the forum, changing the theme and doing all the forum misc stuffs I feel so bad because I'm busy with my own personal life, I hardly go to the forum x_x In short, we decided on the gifts and asked for approval from the rest of the staffs, as usual they didn't really said yes or no, so Kim and I just proceed on~ Initially it was Kim who wanted to get the gifts herself but in consideration, I'm the nearest to Korea since she's in UK, postage fees are definitely way more expensive as compared to SG! I got the items from online shop though, because all the money are donated from the fans all over the world so I can only pay through paypal! And within 2 weeks of deciding > confirmation > buying it > finally it arrived at my door step!

I think the design kind of suit them, we got skulls for Hongki, American flag for Jonghun and some graphic tees for the rest of members!
And individually, beanies for Hongki and Minhwan, guitar necklaces for the 3 guitar/bass members ^^
 Drawings are done by Kim, waaay long ago when I was doing scrapbook for FT Island for KPOP Night Concert LOL  & the message card I've done and printed and laminated for them!!! The bottom twitter accounts are fan sites that participated in this project one way or another!  No budget to do sticker so I can only do it with paper + scotch tape HAHAHA  And I get to see when/who received and sign the package! The person told me it will reach by Wednesday if there's nothing wrong but it's already sent on Monday!! Fast and efficient! So cute cause the person wrote 'Colleague' wahahha Anyways, glad that the package have reached FNC Entertainment Company safely! Though FT members are not in Korea but hope they able to see it when they return XD  This is the letter of appreciation from the organisation! So proud of all the fan sites and people who donated for this!!! And so people would start wondering why am I doing all these stuffs, and I didn't really mention before, I am part of HappyIslandSubs team, subbing team = a group of people translate and do subbing videos for fans who do not know korean, since all the korean shows have no english subtitles at all! And HappyIslandSubs are a subbing team, mainly subbing for FT Island shows, then follow on when CN Blue debut-ed, we started to sub their shows as well, since they are part of FNC Ent, and till today, not only we focus on FT Island and CN Blue, we basically cover other groups such as AOA and Juniel! Which they are part of the FNC Ent as well! I didn't thought of leaving the team, though I haven't really sub any shows recently, in fact our team didn't really have any on-going projects except translations for their news and songs so.. it's kind of complicated but this is the general idea XD I did a scrapbook before, on behalf of them when FT Island came to SG for KPOP Night Concert, in year 2010 I think? But this time, we did it together with the rest of the fan sites, so it's more meaningful and I really hope they will be aware of us, the international fan sites / forums! I'm not the founder for this subbing team, for your info XD I was part of it as a translator way back when I was crazy over FT Island LOL. Then followed on we had some changes, and evolve into a forum whereby fans able to interact and share their experiences/spazzing with one another, and somehow from there I was part of the admin group!
