Wassssup Korea - Daegu ♥ !
SO! I went S.Korea for 10 days during the beginning of April! ^^ Together with BFF, Jay & WX! And NO, we are not on double dates LOL We actually discuss this trip for very very very looooooooong time and finally we are really going! ^^     
I think if I have a choice, I will definitely take direct flight instead of transfer flight, it's really damn tiring and shag cause you have to wait 1-2 hours before you can board another plane x_x
We were pretty excited during 3AM (Our flight is @ 5.55AM) and by the time sun is up, around 8AM, we are pretty shag LOL
But finally, we reached Korea @ 4PM!!! ^^
   But our destination was Daegu, so can you imagine we lugged our luggages from Incheon Airport to Seoul Station, then from there lugged it to Daegu, and from Daegu we need to take metro to our motel place!! That is why I strongly believe there should have a luggage delivery service LOL Then you don't have to worry about moving from places to places!!   We took KTX train! Which is the fastest route to get to Daegu! Met Mihee, Regina's friend and she help us to settle our 2 nights stay at one of the motel! If I didn't remember wrongly, it's @ Keimyung Univ station!    But it's cheap! I think one person around $30+ for 2 nights? ^^ The first night we didn't do much since we are travelling from places to places most of the time! We only went around the district to explore and look around! Mihee then told us it will rain the whole day for the next day and we didn't really believe it LOL I mean since when we will 100% believe in weather forecast right ? Somemore we planned on going E-World the next day !! Surprisingly their weather forecast is effing reliable because it did rained the whole day!!! So we change of plans since Chorong (Jay's GF) said her parents know we are in Daegu and want us to visit their restaurant and they already prepared food for us so yeap, off we go~ The motel ahjumma (auntie) is kind enough to lend us umbrellas!! And again taking KTX train to Waegan, which is a kind of country side place! It only took us 10-20 mins to reach Waegan~   Chorong parents are really damn nice because her father said he will fetch us @ the station to his place T.T! And within minutes we reached their restaurant! ^^      Felt so bad because Chorong's mother kept feeding us and serving us!! The boys even had soju with her! XD Then they take us around the place, because their home is right behind the restaurant!! Chorong dad even let us have a look @ Chorong's room hehehehe    And so we thought 'Okay, we should get back already' but Chorong's dad suggested to bring us around Waegan since we are here, and there's not much shopping places we can go also So he drove us around and let us see the scenery and sea~ I was busy looking for cherry blossoms because I know it's high time the cherry blossoms will be out! So we ask Chorong dad if there's any nice places here to see cherry blossoms and he drive us to one of the highway and park his car @ the side while we take photos and enjoy the scenery So nice right?!?!? & absolutely not much editing is done in here I promise!!!        Then Chorong dad brought us to this history museum! Because of language barrier, we couldn't communicate freely but they really tried their best to explain to us what is this etc, like a tour guide ^^ And he then brought us to another place called K-Water which I believe is like our 'New Water' !                & we then went back to the restaurant to eat snacks with hot green tea! Then Chorong's dad fetch us back to the station, the mother even checks her phone to see what is the earliest train back to Daegu Felt so bad because Chorong's mother even bought the tickets for us and told us to hurry because we only left like 5 mins to rush to platform LOL   Super grateful and touched by what they did for us, not to mention we never ever met them before, not even Jay! But they are really so helpful and nice because she knows we are Chorong's friends but stillllll! They are so nice T.T Definitely will visit them when we are back again!!! ♥ So we are back in Daegu in the evening, and we decided to shop around Banwoldang!    Yes, it did rain the whole day, from the moment we woke up till night!! The rain really spoiled our day especially when we are shopping because we have to bring umbrellas with us! And our shoes are totally soaked LOL but we just kept on shopping and buying our stuffs, kind of tiring also since we need to close the umbrella when we step into one shop, and open again when we are leaving the shop LOL And then around late night we went back to where our motel is and meet up with Mihee and her boyf, Jim Baek for dinner + drinking, as to thank her for helping us for this 2 days! ^^ We went to the restaurant where Jim Baek work at! Which is also near to our motel!!        
Pretty havoc night LOL
Initially we drank beer only, then move on to SouMei = Soju + Beer
AND THAT, is damn kick as compared to like Vodka or Martell I swear
WX and Jim Baek was like one shot! one shot! In the end everyone is freaking drunk, except Mihee & Wendy
& really thanks to them for taking care of us, everyone owed BFF because she brought us back to motel one by one, not to mention it's raining and we didn't even use the umbrellas LOL
Her white converse shoes are totally ruined by us, mud + stains + vomit and all. hahaha
And we woke up with a throbbing head and was like what the eff happened last night XD
That's when I lost my wallet HAHAHAHA
I really freak out when we turn the room upside down but still can't find my wallet!
But thank God, it's found in the end, @ a very weird place but really, damn lucky it's not like drop on the ground
I was thinking 'Walau, can be more sway than this, to even lost my wallet on the second day in Korea' x_x
So we packed and left the motel and cabbed to Regina house! ^^
We stayed there for the rest of 3 nights before we move to Seoul!
Bought strawberries + grapes + bananas for her when we reached, hehehehe
 
We didn't had lunch and Regina omma suggest to eat jajjangmyun through delivery!
The one thing I like about Korea is because of the delivery, because they have almost everything that can be delivered, not like SG which we only have fast food as our choices
Korea they have noodles, rice, gimbap and super cheap!! It's not even 30 dollars when we ordered this!
& that's when the motel owner called and said she found the wallet, so BFF and I went back to collect my wallet after lunch!
 This is really a no-filter photo taken by my phone!! Pretty maxxx! And this is just right in front of Regina omma house! So we practically walked past this road more than 5 times when we are at there! XD         So we travel back to where our motel is, and the owner is really nice because she initially suggest us to report to police, since I got my bank cards and IC inside And she said nobody will dare to come up to our room and steal because they have CCTV installed, she even tell me to check whether any money or cards are missing when we are back to collect the wallet So nice right ?!?! T.T Forever meeting nice people in Korea please! We then went back to Regina omma house for dinner! ^^ Wanted to eat out but she said she will cook for us and told us to come back to eat so yeap hehe   Regina omma had 4 pets in the house, 2 cats and 2 dogs! 1 more cat is not revealed yet but soon! I will be posting more photos of them as I go on LOL   & the next post will be on E-World and to Seoul! ^^ CIAOS!   |
